Admin Clerk required in Dublin 12 Depot

We have an exiting opening at our Dublin 12 depot for an Admin clerk with an immediate start.

Working in our main operations room, this position involves some key admin duties including:

  • Answering the phones and dealing with basic enquiries
  • Collating completed delivery notes that arrive back from drivers and sub-contractors
  • Scanning documents into our freight and online software
  • Contacting suppliers to chase overdue or missing delivery paperwork (PODs)
  • Contacting customers to get payment of customs charges and/or import duty
  • Taking payments by credit card
  • Raising invoices

Some key requirements of this role also include:

  • Must speak fluent English
  • Should have a good understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Should have a good understanding of computer software and willingness to learn new products
