Fleet Update for Dublin City

As a part of our national fleet update program, we have introduced a number of new, smaller delivery vehicles to complement our existing Dublin based C&D fleet.

With ongoing difficulties getting access to some shopping streets in Dublin City, many of which were pedestrianised or converted to part cycle ways during the COVID pandemic, the need for smaller vehicles became paramount.

These 8 pallet capacity vans, with curtain sides and tail-lifts are ideal for our growing retail delivery department and have enabled our drivers to maintain over 99% “OTIF” delivery.

Also, due to the location of our main Dublin depot being inside the M50, adjacent to the major feeder roads of the N7 and N4 heading into the City centre, our drivers can get into the city in 20 minutes, complete their deliveries and get back out to the depot very quickly, enabling some drivers to complete four or five delivery runs per day.

TOGA now operates 16 vehicles for Dublin City and County deliveries only, comprising vans, 7.5 ton, 18 ton, 24 ton rigids and artic trucks, and we deliver over 300 pallets into Dublin every day.

Nationally, our “private delivery network” operates with over 400 vehicles ensuring that we can deliver to every high street, every village and every industrial estate in Ireland – every day.
