TOGA acts fast to protect staff amid COVID 19 Lockdown

As an essential business involved heavily in the movement of goods for the Health Service and many shops selling essential products, it was clear that TOGA Group would continue to operate at full capacity throughout the lockdown in Ireland.

With 50 staff and countless visiting drivers on site in Dublin 12 at any given time, it was important that we acted quickly and responsibly to secure the premises and protect our staff, customers, contractors and our business.

Strict rules were put in place regarding social distancing and hygiene etiquette even before such things became mandatory in Ireland. Sanitisers and signage were installed before March 16th and all staff embraced the challenges that we would face.

Many of the administration, accounts and some operations staff were also set up for home working and rotating rosters put in place.
