New Trailers for Irish Sea Logistics
The first of two double deckers have entered service this week for our London office of Irish Sea Logistics. These trailers will connect our London, Birmingham and Dublin depots with daily departures in both directions. Despite being used by our UK subsidiary on UK operations, we have chosen our fellow Guaranteed Irish member here in Dublin, Hireco World Ireland to supply and maintain them for us. Keep an eye out for them!


Toga Group Opens Irish Pallet Hub in Birmingham.
Dublin headquartered Toga Group, which comprises freight forwarding, logistics and customs clearance companies in the UK and Ireland, has opened it’s new “Irish Pallet Hub” in Coleshill, Birmingham. The 160,000 sq. ft shared user facility in Hams Hall Distribution Park houses staff from Toga Freight and the Group’s UK subsidiary, Irish Sea Logistics Ltd and has started formal operations today. Speaking of the expansion, Robert Dickinson, Managing Director of Toga Group said;


Toga Appoints UK based Commercial Director
We’re delighted to welcome Paul Mountford to Toga Group. Paul comes with a wealth of experience in the groupage and particularly the Irish market and now assumes overall control of our growth strategies in the UK and will work very closely with our Dublin Freight and Customs divisions. Paul will also drive on growth and expansion of Irish Sea Logistics as that company seeks to expand into the north of England during 2025.


Fleet investment on Toga’s GB to IE route
Following the opening of Toga Group’s UK Hub in Birmingham in November 2024, a significant investment in the route was announced by Toga’s Operations Director, Darragh Toner: “We’re seeking to control our costs more closely that was possible with a 100% sub-contracted fleet working our international line hauls. So we’ve decided to add a fleet of high volume, double-decker trailers that will operate between Birmingham and Dublin depots via the Port of Holyhead.” The SDC traile

Toga Supports Malahide Cricket Club for the 5th Year

2nd Apprentice joins Toga on the LAA Apprenticeship Scheme
Our commitment to developing young talent has continued with the addition of Ethan Gernon to our team. Ethan joins as an apprentice freight forwarder and will be starting the first year of the LAA – Logistics Associate Apprenticeship course later this month, which continues for 2 years and involves one day a week in college here in Dublin and the rest of the time paired up with members of our team. Flying Start for Toga’s Irish Sea Logistics
The first few month’s of trading for Irish Sea Logistics, since being acquired by Toga Group have been exceptionally strong. An average of 8 groupage trailers per week are being loaded for shipping via Holyhead to Toga’s ACP bonded warehouse in Dublin, with another three trailers loading each week for shipping to Northern Ireland.
