Irish Sea Logistics has been based in Erith, Kent since being formed in 2022 and has remained there since becoming a part of the Toga Group of companies in 2024.
As a stand alone business, Irish Sea Logistics can operate completely independently from the rest of Toga and has developed it’s own lanes of business within the UK, and with Ireland and with mainland Europe.
It’s location is a key asset, being within an hour of the channel ports, 20 minutes from the deep sea terminals at Tilbury and London Gateway and also within easy reach of the City of London and the M25 – bringing direct connections to the rest of the UK.

Cross-docking, handling and storage
The lean team in Erith manage a customs bonded ETSF warehouse which facilitates receipt of EU goods which can be unloaded and reloaded on direct daily departures to Toga Dublin’s ACP bonded distribution centre.
Likewise, all GB originating goods that are shipped to Ireland are shipped under T1 status, direct to the Dublin bond, helping to reduce or even illuminate delays at Dublin Port as the trucks can exit the port and clear customs in the Toga warehouse.
Irish Sea does benefit and take advantage of their “family” connection to Toga Group, with all customs processes being managed by the TogaCustoms team in Dublin. Operationally there are advantages too, with the Toga Birmingham team always on hand to assist with linehaul and co-loading requirements
