About Toga Customs
Toga Customs Services Ltd is a wholly owned part of the Toga Group, run by our Group CEO – Robert Dickinson.
In the years before Brexit, Toga Customs Services Ltd was the largest clearance agent in Ireland, responsible for over 27%
or all Irish clearances in 2019 and managing over €3.4 billion euro of duty payments for our clients.
Whilst the turmoil of Brexit caused many freight forwarders to sub-contract their customs responsibilities, Toga decided to invest and keep the services “in house”
Toga Customs was trading for 20 years before Brexit, so the team of experienced customs operators were ready to guide a safe pass through the new
and challenging world of GB to IE customs clearances.
Toga Customs is based in North Dublin, close to Dublin Airport and adjacent to the M1 motorway, giving quick access to Dublin Port also.
Uniquely amongst Irish customs agents, Toga Customs has staff based in the Dublin office, remotely in Ireland, in our Birmingham office
and also in our Ho Chi Minh City offices – thereby achieving 24 hour cover without the need to sub-contract to 3rd parties.
Toga Customs can clear in any UK or Irish Port and control our bonded warehouses in Great Britain and Ireland.
We can manage foodstuffs, vehicle imports, general cargo arriving or departing by “Ro-Ro” service, deep sea, short sea or by air.
We can also manage duty and VAT payments to Irish Revenue and HMRC on your behalf.
Toga Customs specialise in high-volume entries with multiple HS codes and offer time critical clearances, tailor made for the high volume GB-IE-GB groupage sector.

From the headquarters of Toga Customs Services Ltd near to Dublin Airport, our wholly owned
customs subsidiary manages customs clearances to or from the UK and Ireland.
With AEO accreditation, we manage transits, ARCs, imports, exports, CHEDs and have a direct line to
Irish Revenue and HMRC.
We have customs accounts in the UK and Ireland and can manage payment of duty and VAT in both jurisdictions.
Toga are authorised to clear customs for over 5000 businesses in the UK and Ireland and authorised to use the customs TAN accounts of over 2000 Irish businesses.
